Welcome To Craft Schooling Sunday!
Welcome to Craft Schooling Sunday! Last week's party was full of amazing contributions, which I am so happy to share with you here. With the party this large, please excuse me if I didn't have time to leave you a comment, I do look at almost all the links except those that haven't noticed my request: PLEASE NO FOOD LINK UPS THAT COMBINE MILK AND MEAT OR THAT INCLUDE PORK OR SHELLFISH!! A Jewish blog really can't have a bunch of non-kosher food all over the place, right? Honestly, I had to delete at least 15 or more links last week, which is truly a waste of time on my part, though I realize that everyone is busy and people just zoom in and add links without stopping to read anything. Okay, enough about that, I am considering removing food items from the party altogether though, any thoughts anyone?
On to other topics, like the amazing creativity that I am so happy to share with you all from bloggers from around the world, so please don't be shy and join the club! Last week there were contributors from The United States, Canada, Guatemala, The United Kingdom, Portugal, The Netherlands, Sweden, Hungary, Greece, India, Pakistan, and Mozambique! And now for the features from last week's party:

Thanks for hostings lovely creations all around the world !!!!
I have nothing against recipes but they belong in link party or blogs for foods and they don’t need to be all over…
Have a lovely day !
Anna
Sara Rivka
Thanks so much for correcting me, sorry about that! And love your little sheep from this week!
Zografia
Hi Sara! I completely agree with Anna on the recipe question. But recipes and cooking are all over the place nowadays, not just link parties.
Sara Rivka
Hi Anna,
Yes, I wasnt very happy about my blog party being taken over by food bloggers, as it made several problems for me, and was even thinking of not having any food at the party at all, but hadnt made a final decision on that, as it sounded a little bit mean, and there have been some helpful contributions. but in general, yes, my linky party is about creativity not cooking generally, so well see what the future holds!
Sara Rivka
Hi Zografia, I think she meant that recipes belong on food blogs and linky parties by food bloggers, and that Craft Schooling Sunday should be as titled, Crafts! I actually agree with her…..and for the moment it looks like almost all the food contributors have at long last noticed my request for kosher combinations only, or got scared, as there are almost no food contributions at the moment, unless everyone is just too busy with Super Bowl sunday, well see tomorrow!
Claire
Hi
I agree with the others I do prefer blog parties that mainly about crafts and creativity. That’s why I especially like yours as there is lots of lovely colourful crafts.
Sara Rivka
Thanks for your input Claire, Ive also been struggling with all those food contributions as they focus on a world that isnt mine, feature food that I dont want to eat (very often) and I had to spend lots of time deleting entries that werent appropriate, sigh. So we will see what the future holds!
