Wishing You Wonderful Shavuot!

Dear Readers, wishing you all a wonderful and meaningful holiday of Shavuot! Just in time for the holiday in which we decorate our homes and synagogues with greenery and flowers, my container garden has come alive, and I took a few minutes to photograph my dwarf bougainvillea in bloom to share with you! A close look reveals that bougainvillea actually have tiny white flowers within the colorful magenta (or orange, white, or reddish) petals, reminding us that like the Torah, true beauty comes from within, and just as we received the Torah on a small humble mountain, Mt. Sinai, so too truth can be found in the most humble places! On another note, we are so truly blessed to have a world full of amazing plants and flowers don’t forget to enjoy them!
