Apple Themed Crafts For Rosh HaShana, With Recycled Materials!
Speaking of my packed archives, I have also taken this round-up of apple themed crafts from the archives for your enjoyment right now in 2019, as we prepare for the Jewish Holiday of Rosh HaShana, with less than a week to go. Certainly you could fit in an apple napkin ring, or even one of my fabric apples made with a tin can? Go for it and end the year with some creativity!
Hey guess what dear readers, my archives are packed to the gills with great projects that really should see the light of day once in a while, so today I’m sharing with you 10 fun apple recycling crafts that are perfect to do right now! Whether you are in need of some simple crafts using recycled materials to usher in the fall season or celebrate Rosh HaShana, these certainly fit the bill. And best of all you’ll likely have most everything you need to get started now!
1. No Sew Recycled Tin Can Apples This is truly a fantastic craft that I can’t wait to make again this year, only this time I’m hoping to go even bigger, maybe with some bleach bottles! Comes together in just minutes and looks fantastic.
2. Doodled Wine Bottle Vases These decorated wine bottles look great as is, or fill them with a large leaf or a branch of some kind. Either way they’ll be the life of the party, or just because.
3. Wine Cork Stamped Cards Adorable right? You can stamp cardstock to make cards like the one I’ve shown here, or even try stamping on fabric to make a fun tablecloth, runner or napkins.
4. Stamped Recycled Tea Box Using Stamps You’ve Made Yourself What can I say, this is a good one too, and you can use those apple stamps to adorn so many things, click on over to see the complete instructions.
5. Toilet Paper Tube Apple Napkin Rings Super cute and simple enough for older kids to make, and younger kids to decorate or paint. No excuses not to make this one!
6. Recycled Soda Bottle Apple Boxes One of my favorite crafts that I keep coming back to every year, just still trying to find the opportunity to do it with a zipper, maybe this year?
7. Recycled Cereal Box Doodle Apples There is always time for doodling, just grab some cardboard and get to work creating some wonderful works of art!
8. Recycled Plastic Pudding Cup Apples This is a super fun way to re-use little plastic cups, and the results are truly adorable, give it a try!
9. Fabric Scrap Decoupaged Apples Save fabric scraps or use fun fabric from old clothes to make these fun apples that you’ll enjoy year round.
10. Recycled Paper Bag Apple Tree. Looking for a unique craft for all ages? Whip up a whole orchard of apple trees with lunch bags that you may have used but aren’t soiled! I love this one, and I’m thinking maybe we’ll have to give this one another try now that my kids are old enough to make the entire thing themselves.
