Welcome to Craft Schooling Sunday!
Welcome back to Craft Schooling Sunday! After a month long hiatus, the party is back and just as strong and inspiring as ever! I'm just wishing for some extra time to try out some of the fantastic ideas that our wonderful contributors shared last week. Not to mention that I really think I need to get it together in the power tools department so that I too can be crafty and an all-around DIY champion…… hmmm. I had always thought that I would get into power tools with my son who is about to turn thirteen, but his schedule is so buy I don't know where we'd even find the time! For now I'll just have to cherish our 2 hours together each week in the ceramics studio!
So dear readers, do devote yourself to some creativity each week or even each day, and if possible do it with loved ones when you can, a win win situation. And now, for the fabulous features from last week's party:
Loving this hot air balloon baby mobile from simply darrling (USA), and this fabric birdhouse from pillar box blue (United Kingdom.)

Thanks for featuring my robot quilt and tic tac toe bag, Sara. Power tools are something I have no desire to use.

I’m with you – would love to learn some power tool skills. I’m lucky because my husband can show me the ropes whenever I need something specifically drilled, sanded, sawn or routered. Now seriously, I cannot believe the amazing things your knit-and-crochet contributors create, week after week. My jaw nearly always drops when I see your features and this time it dropped extra low. Thanks a zilion for mentioning my things!
