Try Skillshare, It Is Truly Amazing, Promise!
I am re-posting this lovely leaves tutorial for 2 reasons, the Jewish holiday of Tu B’shebat is coming, and my favorite site, Skillshare is hosting a 2 months free deal that truly you should not pass up. I learned how to paint these leaves on Skillshare, I have learned photography tips on squishier, and while my time is limited I’m about to delve into digital illustration with Procreate, and my daughter and I are learning that on Skillshare as well. Creative Ways to Display Your Photographs
Photography is by far one of the most fascinating man-made inventions. The ability to freeze a moment and keep it forever is priceless. Just think of the times you felt nostalgic about an old family trip or you missed a late relative…… just looking at old photos can certainly lift your spirits and help you refresh wonderful memories. That aside you can certainly make some gift bags using my tried and true pattern, so I am re-posting that here, along with the original babble, enjoy!…

Crocheted Ribbed Potholder Stash Buster
One of the things I enjoyed during our visit to Sweden this past summer was the lovely touch of crocheted potholders hung in the kitchen! This was the case in two of the rentals we stayed in, so I can safely assume that it is a rustic Swedish touch, and I love it! These particular ribbed cotton potholders were crocheted with marled yarn (multi strands in different colors) so the effect is a lovely speckled color, which also hides the imperfections and gives a nice rustic feel. I’m sold! This is a perfect little handmade gift to give alongside some kitchen treats or even a set of fun utenslls, ,…

So sorry to have to postpone our creative get together dear friends. My computer is unfortunately unable to help me do anything at the moment as he is just plain tuckered out, sigh. I could post the party without any features, but that seems a bit too sad, so until next week, keep on creating!
