DIY Simple Flower Napkin Rings Lovely For Any Occassion!
We made these very simple yet oh so lovely flower napkin rings in just minutes to use on our Passover table, but truthfully they'd be great for just about any occasion, especially weddings, sheva brachas, or any time really! They are so simple to make that you truthfully could make a hundred or so in no time. I packed these away with the Passover dishes so that we can use them again next year, but am already thinking about looking for some larger flowers to use on our table for the Jewish holiday of Shavuot, in which we decorate out homes with flowers and greenery, perfect! Ready to make some,…

Budget Friendly Floral Arrangements Made With Floral Filler!
Would you like to whip up some lovely floral arrangements for your holiday table without breaking the bank? The answer my friends is floral filler, yes, the little flowers and stalks of greenery that florists use to fill all the space around those precious lovely flowers in the arrangement, got it? (You'll have to visit a florist to get this and take a look at all the buckets of loveliness to choose from….) I'll admit that certainly one can make more dramatic arrangements using large flowers, but that will be quite a bit more costly, and in many cases not last nearly as long. Israel is one of the largest…

Simple Paper Cup Flags Centerpiece
Yes dear readers the pressure is on, with Purim rieally right around the corner, but you still gotta make your table look festive right? So how about whipping up some paper cup flag centerpieces which are really quick, look great and can be embellished however you like. Not to mention you can use them again and again for different occasions! I'll tell you a little secret, shhhhh. Yes I did in some cases add something different and taller to the center, which one certainly…

Plastic Animal Succulent Pot
Remember those golden giraffe birthday cake toppers from awhile back? Well anything hanging out for too long in my kitchen cabinet is fair game for a remake, so I now present to you golden giraffe succulent holders, which are just perfect to add a little humor to your home decor, or of course for your next party! And yes dear readers, I do realize that the little plant shown in the photo above is not technically a succulent, it is actually a baby from a bird's nest Sanseveira, but since you don't likely have one of those, succulents are the best choice! And by succulents, what I'm suggesting actually is…

Sweet Table and Table Reserved Signs
One of the simple details that I really enjoyed designing for my son's bar mitzvah party were these simple signs. The pomegranite logo (which included his hebrew initials) was designed initially for the invitation, and I was happy to use it again for a few details for the party. The signs in the foreground says "shana tovah v'metuka" means have a happy sweet new year, surely appropriate for the sweets table laden with goodies that my daughter baked over eh period of a few weeks. And the sign in the background says "broochim habaim" which means welcome! If you have a color printer and some software that enables you to…

Super Simple Balloon Bouquet In A Pinch (Or On The Road!)
What do you do when you find yourself in a farm house deep in the mountains of New York (and thus with not a lot of craft supplies on hand) and need to celebrate some family birthdays with minimal effort? Make a balloon bouquet! This is my first balloon bouquet as far as I can remember and was the perfect little party decoration to whip up in no time, because on account of cooking up a storm for our extended family get together there just wasn't any time left for my usual grand birthday decorating effort. (And fortunately the celebration wasn't for my kids, but rather my nieces who have…
